Andrea Bursten has Argentinean ancestry. In June 2013 her husband Federico Ribero died. The cancer of the lung was identified in the May 2011 diagnosis of this businessman. His condition was deteriorating since then and eventually died from the disease. Federico Ribero was dead exactly 10 years back. His wife posted a poignant declaration for the 10th anniversary.
